Change Makers: Elected Women Serving the Borderland recognizes women public officials in government to thank them for their hard work for our county and our community.
In honor of Women’s History Month, El Paso women elected officials from all levels of government will be honored at a March 31st event sponsored by Progress321 and El Paso Matters, two supporting organizations of the El Paso Community Foundation.
